“Unlock your bodies potential, embrace total wellbeing”
Based in Central Auckland, Nancy and Kelly are registered Advanced Practitioners and Foundation Instructors of ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock® Release.
-
We help people by releasing the hidden causes of discomfort and pain in the body, allowing it to return to normal function and improve overall well-being using gentle and non-intrusive techniques.
-
To be listened to carefully as you tell your story
To be observed closely while you instinctively move around your injuries
To be supported in comfort
To be educated in how the body instinctively protects itself under duressTo be given a sense in how your body is working perfectly in an ABNORMAL situation
To be given advice to support the body to normal function.
Consultations are fully clothed and we also encourage you to wear loose clothing for comfort.
Sessions can last 30-90 minutes with a return visit according to your needs. Longer sessions for acute clients and shorter sessions for maintenance.
How many treatments you need depends on the individual and their severity of the injury, illness or trauma.
Often one treatment can create major change but sometimes between 3 - 4 treatments are necessary for everything to fully integrate. There is no forcing or manipulation during the treatment, only support and pressure were it is necessary. The technique is safe, simple, sensible and self evident.
Everyone is seen on a case by case basis, with the treatment tailored for each individuals life experience and culture.
